Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Salesperson / Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in establishing Kainos as a trusted and customer-centric service provider in the roofing and exteriors industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a growing company, allowing you to contribute significantly to our success. The ideal candidate is not only a sales professional but also possesses strong project management skills to ensure our customers’ projects are completed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the Greater Houston area, both residential and commercial.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customers’ roofing and exterior needs.
- Provide expert recommendations and detailed proposals to potential clients.
- Achieve revenue targets.
2. Project Management
- Oversee the execution of roofing, gutter, siding, and hurricane impact protection projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, materials, and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain open communication with customers to ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
4. Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with our installation and support teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Share feedback and insights with the leadership team to improve processes and customer experiences.
5. Continuous Learning and Development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and best practices.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
