Outside Sales / Project Manager
Greater Houston Area

1. Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the Greater Houston area, both residential and commercial.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customers’ roofing and exterior needs.
  • Provide expert recommendations and detailed proposals to potential clients.
  • Achieve revenue targets.

2. Project Management

  • Oversee the execution of roofing, gutter, siding, and hurricane impact protection projects.
  • Coordinate project schedules, materials, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain open communication with customers to ensure satisfaction throughout the project.

4. Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with our installation and support teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Share feedback and insights with the leadership team to improve processes and customer experiences.

5. Continuous Learning and Development

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and best practices.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
  • Proven track record of success, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and project goals.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness and ability to perform physical tasks such as roof inspections.
